Each Boneless Beef Filet Roast order has an average weight of 7-8 lbs. for the full roast and 3.5-4 lbs. for the half roast. We trim the fat and tie suet on for the juiciest roast ever. Each whole roast feeds 8-10 people and each half roast feed 4-5.
